The best season runs from November to June or July, with a cyclonic period from August to October. In this region, the spots are usually flat (Freestyle/freeride) but you can still find some beautiful waves

THE AMERICAS
The north and the south of America are very different in terms of countries, climate, landscapes… Central and South America are full of beautiful wave spots (also famous surfing spots), just like Hawaii. In the USA, we are more on freeride spots, although the east and the West are totally different.

France alone has hundreds of kite spots, so when you take the whole of Europe, you find your happiness. The season generally extends from April to September or October (after that you can kite, but it is colder and the wind is more random). Spots of flat, waves, freeride, freestyle, foil… We find everything!

The scene: For a blend of kiting and culture, it’s hard to beat this North African town, where local fishermen haul in catches of the day while wind-seekers ride out in the bay.
Best season: April–September
What makes it great: Kite-able coastline stretches along the Atlantic for miles, so there’s plenty of space, with everything from beginner-friendly flats to advanced waves.
Beginner tips: The wind tends to be gusty near town. Build your confidence at the south end of the bay, where side-on shore winds will blow you to safety if you go down.
To get rad: Visit in July, when the wind might hit 40 knots.
What to do on no-wind days: Fill your camera with photos of colorful alleys and soak up the vibrant scene in the medina, or old town. Party scene in the old tonw and evening is quite something
